The twelve Bhavas, or houses, divide the chart into areas of life: self, wealth, siblings, home, children, health, partnership, transformation, fortune, career, gains, and loss. This calculator uses the whole-sign house system, where a house is simply the sign it falls in, counted from the Lagna.
